Elms Bank is a secondary special school for pupils aged 11 to 19 years with a diverse range of learning disabilities including physical disabilities and autism.

 

This vacancy has arisen due to the retirement of the current post holder and we are looking to appoint a person who has:

  • The ability to deliver a high standard of customer service
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to maintain effective administrative systems
  • Be able to work constructively as part of a team, understanding school roles and responsibilities and your position within these
  • Self-motivation and personal drive to complete tasks to the required timescales and quality standards
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads demands and new school challenges

 

The post is 37 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm, Friday 8.30am – 4.00pm) term time, plus 5 professional activity days worked during periods of school closure, in accordance with service requirements.

 

The salary for this post is £14,091 to £14,666 per annum.

 

Applicants must have relevant qualifications and experience and be willing to undertake training relevant to the post.  Please ensure that you meet the person specification before applying.
