Post:           Support Worker Fixed term until September 2021

 

FT/PT:        Part-Time average 35 hours per week over a 2 week rota

Salary:       £18,497 to £20,494 per annum

Plus Matrix payments for evening and weekend work and car user payments where applicable.

You might be a care assistant already, may have cared for a family member or friend previously, or just want the opportunity to make a real difference.

 

This is an exciting time to join the service, our team is growing, and we are trying to make a real difference to the lives of our customers in Bury.

 

Everything we do is designed to help our customers live happy, independent lives. In doing so, you’ll be:

  • Providing personal care duties
  • Administering medication
  • Manual handling, using equipment where required
  • Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full
  • Encouraging and motivating customers and assist them to build their confidence and achieve their personal goals
  • A large part of their daily lives

 

 

You must be a car driver and have access to a car. Knowledge of working in a similar post would be an advantage.
