Within Bury Adult Services we are seeking to employ Support Workers to work in the Rapid Response Team.

The Rapid Response Service is a community based short term service that supports customers including those with complex needs who are in crisis and require urgent, short term support.
You will support customers in daily living tasks including personal care, and in the use of aids and personal equipment. Working as part of a small team, you will encourage and motivate customers and assist them to build their confidence and achieve their personal goals.
Our service operates 24/7 365 days a year. You will be expected to work on a rota which can be discussed upon selection.
The night shift is 10 pm till 8 am (subject to change if service needs require it). The current nights available are Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
You must hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle along with the relevant business insurance.
Due to the nature of the service the successful candidate may be required to work any five days out of seven including weekends to meet service needs
