Following a restructure, a vacancy has arisen in the Supply Chain (Stores) service based at Bradley Fold Depot for a Supply Chain Operative.

Our warehouse stocks a wide range of equipment and materials used by both internal operational services (including highways, transport, waste management, street lighting) and our housing ALMO, Six Town Housing.

 

Supply Chain Operatives deliver the front line service, providing a counter service for the collection of materials, dealing with deliveries, transferring items into stock, ensuring items are stored correctly and maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse environment.

 

This job requires the physical attributes for working in a fast-paced manual handling service as well as competence in the use of materials management equipment. You will need to be comfortable using IT systems, have good customer service skills and the ability to work on your own initiative, whilst being a good team player who can work well with colleagues.

 

Your hours of work will be 37 per week, subject to service requirements.

 

The salary for this post will £19,554 to £21,166 per annum.
