Customer Service Advisor Level 1, Grade 6 – 2 posts available
We are looking for customer focused individuals to join our team; you must have experience of working within a Customer Service related environment with excellent customer care skills along with a commitment to performance and excellent service delivery.
The position is in a busy front-line Contact Centre and you will be responsible for dealing with telephone enquiries from members of the public across a range of services provided by the Council. You will be updating the Council’s Customer Relations Management System and accessing other Council systems ensuring customer enquiries are completed at the first point of contact reducing the need for repeat contacts from customers. Full training will be given and you will have the support of a strong management team.
This is a career graded post and once gained relevant skills and experience there may be the opportunity to progress to Customer Service Advisor level 2, Grade 7. (Salary £19,157 - £20,736 pro rata 36.25 hours)
The hours of work are:-
Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.00pm – 36.25 hours and the salary is £18,782.
A restricted flexi-scheme is in place subject to service demands.
