Salary:        Dependant upon role offered –
Level 1  (Grade ½)= £7.78

                 Level 2   (grade 3)= £7.83- £7.90

                 Level 3 (grade 5) = £8.36- £8.70

 

 Bury ACES is the Internal Recruitment Agency for Bury Councils, Adult Care Services.

 

We are currently recruiting various levels of Administration Assistants to work on a casual basis.

 

With experience of administrative duties and the ability to work with limited supervision, you will have excellent customer service skills with a range of customers and be able to communicate through written, telephone or face to face contact with the public and internal colleagues. 

 

You will be organised and skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Email and the ability to produce documentation and utilise spreadsheets.  You will have excellent IT, communication, time management and organisational skills. 

 

You will need to demonstrate enthusiasm, commitment, drive and a strong teamwork ethic and be flexible in supporting colleagues and the service during busy times and periods of absence, dealing with enquiries and providing advice.
