We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed temporary Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team to support pupils with special educational needs across the full age range.

 

It is desirable to possess either the CACHE Level 2 Diploma in Childcare and Education (NNEB), the NVQ III in Early Years and Education, the BTEC National Diploma in Childhood Studies (Nursery Nursing) or equivalent qualification.

 

The hours of work are 25 hours per week, term time only, worked in accordance with service requirements. The salary for this post is £9,860 – £10,264 per annum.

 

This post is temporary whilst the children remain at the school and their statemented special needs remains the same.

 

Employees of Philips High School have a responsibility for, and must be committed to, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and for ensuring they are protected from harm.
