Spring Lane School wishes to appoint an experienced Administrator to work within a busy school office based at Milltown House in Bury. The role will include the day to day operational management of the electronic pupil attendance system, administrative support to the Pastoral Team, assisting with the management of MIS systems along with general office and front of house duties.  

 

You must possess excellent communication, numeracy and ICT skills.  Equally important is the ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.  Experience of school office procedures would be an advantage.  A flexible and committed approach to working in a busy environment is vital.

 

This post is a fixed term post until 31st August 2019 subject to the review of school staffing.

 

The hours of work are 32.5 per week, worked 8.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday, term time only, worked in accordance with service requirements.

 

The salary for this post is £12,894 to £13,275 per annum.
