1. Teaching Assistant  - Temporary One Year

 

General Classroom Support in an upper junior classroom

 

The role will involve offering interventions for children of all abilities and general classroom support. The ability to support mathematics and English at Y5 level and the ability to work as part of a team will be essential for this post. The timetabling of the school will also require a willingness to support lunchtime play activities on several occasions per week and the ability to cover classes when work has been planned by the class teacher.

 

Hours of work are 27.5 per week, term time only, worked in accordance with service requirements.

The salary for this post is Grade 7, £12,422 to £13,447 per annum.

 

You must hold relevant qualifications at a level equivalent to at least NQF Level 3 and be have demonstrable levels of numeracy & literacy equivalent to GCSE (A-C) or NVQ Level 2.

 

 

2. Teaching Assistant  - Temporary One Year
