Cleaning Services are looking to appoint enthusiastic and highly motivated Site Manager to work at Park View Primary School, Park View road, Prestwich, M25 1FA.

 

Hours of work are 37 per week all year round, in accordance with service requirements. The normal working pattern hours will be worked on a split shift basis, 6.00am to 10.00am then 2.45pm to 6.15pm Monday to Thursday and 2:30pm to 5:30pm on Friday. The salary for this post is £20,901 - £22,921 per annum (plus matrix payment of £537 per annum).

 

Employees of Bury Council have a responsibility for, and must be committed to, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and for ensuring that they are protected from harm.

 

Appointment is subject to a satisfactory enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service.

 

In order to support budget reductions in Local Government, the Council looked at many ways to reduce spending that minimised the need to reduce employee numbers or impact on services. All employees up to and including the Chief Executive are required to take an additional 3 days (unpaid) annual leave. This can be taken at any time during the leave year. The cost of these additional days is spread over 12 months or pro rata to your start date.
