The school is seeking to appoint a passionate and inspirational individual with exceptional leadership qualities to this key role in the future development of the school. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading inclusion at Woodhey in line with the school’s vision and strategic objectives with a brief including SEND, SEMH, CLA, EAL, disadvantaged and Medical Conditions.

- Have a proven track record in supporting vulnerable pupils to fully access the school’s curricular and extra-
curricular experiences.
- Have the NASENCo qualification.

- Are committed to raising standards, expectations and achievement.
- Can lead the development of approaches to supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, EAL, disadvantaged,
Children who are Looked After and those with Medical Conditions.
The salary for this post is Leadership Range (L14 to L18) £56,579 to £62,426 per annum.
