Salary: Grade 5 (£18,426 to £18,795 per annum pro rata)

Start date: As Soon As Possible

Contract type: Part time – 3 days per week, Monday, Thursday and Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm (however the working days may be flexible for the right candidate), term time + 5 days

Contract term: Permanent

 

Hazel Wood High School is a community secondary school for pupils aged 11 to 16 years in Bury. We have recently become part of the Oak Learning Partnership, a multi-academy trust of four schools, Hazel Wood High School, Elms Bank School, Unsworth Primary School and Elms Bank College Hub. We are looking for dedicated professionals to support our young people to achieve their very best at school and develop into positive young adults.

 

We are looking to appoint a person who has:

  • The ability to deliver a high standard of customer service
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to maintain effective administrative systems
  • Be able to work constructively as part of a team, understanding school roles and responsibilities and your position within these
  • Self-motivation and personal drive to complete tasks to the required timescales and quality standards
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads demands and new school challenges

This position is part time, working 3 days per week. The position is term time plus 5 professional activity days worked during periods of school closure, in accordance with service requirements.

 

Applicants must have relevant qualifications and experience and be willing to undertake training relevant to the post.  Please ensure that you meet the person specification before applying.
