Customer Relations Coordinator

37 hours per week

£18,672 per annum rising to £18,870 per annum on completion of training and probation period

Do you have excellent administration and communication skills?

Do you have an eye for detail with a passion to ensure a positive customer experience?

We are currently looking for a Customer Relations Coordinator to join our Customer Relations Team within our Older Peoples short stay services at Elmhurst in Whitefield and Spurr House in Unsworth.

Working for the short stay service is a very rewarding career, where no two days are the same so a ‘can do’ and flexible approach to your work is a must! You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team that makes a real difference to the lives of vulnerable adults we support, in fantastic environments.

The role will provide day-to-day supervision to the team and will ensure that a professional and welcoming front of house function that creates the right first impression of Persona to customers and visitors is being delivered at all times at both services.

You will provide administrative and customer service support to the operational teams to help ensure that they run effectively and efficiently. You will be a motivated and ‘forward thinking’ individual, who can demonstrate the skills to be a confident communicator.

Excellent ICT skills and the ability to be professional, to ensure excellent customer service standards are delivered at all times, and take pride in everything you do. You will be able to maintain accurate and detailed records both manually and electronically at all times and be supportive to the wider team.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of our values (REACH) and be able to demonstrate how they meet these in their everyday practice, though behaviours, approach and manner.
