We wish to appoint a part time Administration and Organisation Assistant (Level 2) to join a team of caring, committed professionals. 

 

Hours of work are 16 per week (afternoons) term time only, to work in our extremely busy office alongside our existing staff.

 

The salary for this post is £6,811 to £6,947 per annum.

 

You will be working alongside the School Business Manager and will be responsible for daily duties in the school office including Before and After School Club bookings, maintaining Management Information System, booking school trips, reception duties, reprographics and general clerical duties.

 

You must be able to work well using your own initiative and be an efficient member of our school team.  It is essential that you are able to build and maintain strong working relationships with all pupils, parents/carers and colleagues and represent school values through being a “friendly first face” to visitors.  Effective communication skills and a good telephone manner are essential.

 

Recent experience of clerical and administrative work and the ability to use Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Publisher are essential.
