Elms Bank secondary special school are looking to recruit an Assistant Business Manager. The salary for this post will be £24,470 - £26,752 per annum.

 

This is a Fixed Term contract until 31 August 2018.

 

Elms Bank is a secondary special school for pupils aged 11 to 19 years with a diverse range of learning disabilities including physical disabilities and autism.

 

This vacancy has arisen due to the retirement of the current post holder and we are looking to appoint a person who has:

  • The ability to lead, manage and develop the administration team.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal to liaise with a wide range of people at all levels.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritise own workload to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent personal and office organisational skills and ability to maintain effective administrative systems. 

The post is 37 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 4.00pm, Friday 8.00am – 3.30pm) term time plus 15 days to be worked during periods of school closure, in accordance with service requirements.

 

Applicants must have relevant qualifications and experience and be willing to undertake training relevant to the post.  Please ensure that you meet the person specification before applying.
