Fixed term for 6 months

£19,312 per annum rising to £19,698 per annum on completion of training and probation period

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Supported Living team who support people with learning disabilities to live independent full-fulling lives.  We want someone with the right attitude and values for these key roles and to fit in to our team and purpose.

 

These are new roles within this team and you will have the ability to work flexibly with teams. You will be required to develop appropriate relationships with staff teams and communicate well with customers, their families and wider health professionals around rota changes and customer needs in relation to hours.

Your hours of work will be 37 per week. 

The role requires effective management of IT systems and implementation across the service to ensure the service to customers is consistent and seamless in terms of delivery. You will have experience of using an electronic rota system and the ability to assess and implement effective rostering.

As this is a social care post a satisfactory disclosure and barring service (DBS) check is also required.
