Collaborative Administrator
School Support Staff

Bury Primary Learning Collaborative (BPLC) is looking for a highly

motivated, exceptional individual to take on the role of Collaborative

Administrator to start as soon as possible.

 

Post Hours: 15 Hours per week by arrangement, school term time.

(Restricted Flexi-time scheme in operation) Some flexible working required.

 

Post is temporary until end of July 2018 in first instance.

Salary: £16,123 (£5,587 pro rata)

 

Location: GMFRS Safety & Training Centre, Hinds Lane, Wellington

Street, Bury, BL8 2AL initially. May also be required to attend other training venues within Bury.

 

We are looking to recruit an office Administration Assistant to support the efficient running of our Learning Collaborative. Your main role will be to support the Collaborative Coordinator by ensuring that day-to day-tasks are carried out accurately and confidently.

 

Ideally you will have previous relevant experience and excellent administrative and organisational skills, including knowledge of Excel. You will have the ability to work in a busy environment and multi-task whilst presenting a warm and welcoming front of house manner. You will be responsible for providing a warm and friendly introduction for course participants, trainers and telephone callers. Good communication skills are vital, as is the ability to work closely with others.

 

You will uphold the vision and ethos of BPLC at all times and provide an excellent customer service to a range of stakeholders. Good personal presentation, a friendly disposition and a willingness to be flexible are considered important qualities for this position.
