We are looking for an inspiring and dedicated Deputy Headteacher to join our Leadership Team from January 1st 2022. The Governors of St Mary’s (Aided) Primary School are seeking to appoint a dynamic, highly motivated Deputy Headteacher to work in partnership with the Headteacher in the management,

leadership and development of the school.  This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated and committed leadership team.

 

We are looking for an outstanding practitioner to lead on teaching, learning, curriculum and assessment across the school. This post has a part time teaching commitment.

 

We aim to provide exceptional education for every child and want the very best for all of our children and families. The successful candidate will be a creative, forward-thinking leader with the determination and ability to help lead our school on its journey from good to outstanding.

 

You must have significant experience and knowledge of education and be able to demonstrate excellent understanding of how to achieve the best outcomes for children through a proven track record of raising standards.

 

As Deputy Headteacher you will be expected to lead by example and inspire others, whilst providing challenge, rigour and strategic direction.

- Interviews: Assessment (including presentations and tasks) and formal interviews.  The interviewing panel will consist of the Headteacher, Governors and a Diocesan representative.
