GOVERNORS SUPPORT

Required as soon as possible.

We are seeking experienced administrators, to join the existing pool of clerks to take notes and produce draft minutes at a number of Governing Body meetings at Bury schools.  You will also be required to provide basic procedural advice about the running of these meetings.

The salary for this post is £8.68 per hour.

Payment will include 1 hour preparation time and 2½ hours to complete minutes and ½ hour travelling time, in addition to the time spent at the meetings. Meetings generally take place in the evenings at schools across the Borough and usually last approximately 2 hours.

You will be allocated approximately 7 schools that meet once every term.  You will also be given the option to pick up further meetings for absent colleagues.
