Night Care Assistant - 20 hours

£9,606 per annum rising to £9,767 per annum on successful completion of training and probation period)

Our service operates 24/7 365 days a year. You will be expected to work flexibly as a part of the night staff team on a 3 week rolling rota.

Working as part of the short stay service is a very rewarding career: you will be part of a team that can make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable adults.

You will support during the night with tasks that include personal care, the use of aids and equipment.  Working as part of a team, you will encourage and motivate customers and assist them to build their confidence and achieve their personal goals. In addition you will undertake domestic duties.

We will provide a comprehensive induction training programme all we ask in return is that you are committed to attending courses and that you complete the Care Certificate. 

Satisfactory disclosure at the appropriate level under the Disclosure and Barring Service is required prior to appointment.
