Our sponsor, the trustees of Christ Church of England Multi-Academy Trust wish to appoint an inspirational leader with the vision and skills to build upon the transformational practice that is now emerging since the school went into special measures following an Ofsted inspection in 2016. The salary for this post is Leadership Range L14-L20 - £54,250 - to £62,863 per annum.

 

We aim to nurture, develop, challenge and support all who work and learn in our community in order to inspire and motivate an atmosphere of excellence. In this we endeavour to develop partnerships between our school family, parents, church and the wider community in order to build an excellent, forward thinking school.

 

Our school is seeking a highly motivated head teacher who will: 

  • Demonstrate the passion and determination to put pupil’s development at the heart of everything they do

  • Have the drive and enthusiasm to take the school forward and build on emerging good practice

  • Inspire and motivate our newly appointed team who are aiming to be outstanding

  • Continue to develop the existing strong partnerships between the school family, our local governing board, the trustees, church and wider community
