Customer Support & Collections are looking for two customer focused individuals to join our team; you must have experience of working within a busy customer contact related environment with excellent customer care skills along with a commitment to performance and excellent service delivery. 

 

The hours of work are 36 hours 15 minutes per week - Mon to Fri 8.45am to 5.00pm. A restricted flexi-scheme is in place subject to service demands.

 

The salary for these posts is £21,151 to £22,446 per annum.

 

We will accept applications for job share.

 

The position is in a busy Contact Centre and you will be responsible for dealing with telephone, email and digital enquiries from members of the public across a range of services provided by the Council. You will be updating the Council’s Customer Relations Management System and accessing other Council systems ensuring customer enquiries are completed at the first point of contact reducing the need for repeat contacts. Full training will be given and you will have the support of a strong management team.
