This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Advisor who wants to have the opportunity to develop themselves professionally and make a positive contribution to the work in CAD and the development of the Engine Room.

 

You will need to be a confident communicator, quick to learn, have a real can-do approach and demonstrate sound professional knowledge.

 

As someone who embraces change, you will positively support colleagues as well as other members of the team across CAD and the Engine Room and work well with change and service developments.

 

The post holder will have the ability to effectively communicate with customers, professionals, and carers, providing information and support to resolve as many enquiries as possible at the first point of contact and processing all contacts in line with agreed processes, procedures and performance standards.  This may include making referrals, signposting to other services or distributing literature as appropriate.

 

We will support your professional development with formal and informal supervision and provide opportunities to learn and develop skills on the job working closely with the wider operational team.

 

The hours of work are 37 per week, worked in accordance with service requirements.

 

This post is temporary for 12 months to support the development of the Engine Room.

 

The salary is £19,554 to £21,166 per annum.
