Various hours 20 – 37 per week

£19,312 per annum (pro rata) rising to £19,698 per annum (pro rata) on successful completion of training and probation period

We are looking for Support Workers to work alongside people assisting them to do everyday things and so much more, such as socialising, day trips, using technology swimming and eating out.

If you are passionate about working in Health and Social Care and have a real desire to make a positive difference to the lives of the people we support then we would love to hear from you. We are looking to recruit for our Supported Living team that provides services across the borough.

Our support worker roles include working with people with various needs and have many different levels of support so we want people with the right attitude, who share our values and purpose.

As a support worker you will generally be under the supervision of others however you will need to be able to make decisions independently when customers need immediate help, and you will need to make the effort to get to know them as people so a relationship of trust can be built. This can be a very fulfilling job for people who enjoy empowering others.

 

We have a number of vacancies, including part time and full time.
