 Temporary Teaching Assistant Level 3 in EYFS

 

The Governors are seeking to appoint a Temporary experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our warm and family-friendly school, required to start as soon as possible.

 

Hours of work are 32.5 hours per week term time only, worked in accordance with service requirements.

 

Salary for this role will be from £15,086 to £16,329 pro rata, per annum.  

 

You will:
  • Be required to work with children of all abilities.
  • Be able to work in line with specific outcomes on Education, Health and Care Plans.
  • Be required to attach high expectations, empathy and care for children who often join with very low starting points, particularly in the area of Communication, Language and Literacy.
  • Be able to form strong and professional working relationships with parents and carers, colleagues and other professionals.
  • Be able to exhibit a mix of hard work and initiative with a willingness and ability to follow school policies and procedures
  • Be expected to possess a very strong knowledge of numeracy and literacy.
  • Be willing to be immersed in the wider experience of the school.
  • Be willing to go that extra mile for BWJPS

 

Possession of Teaching Assistance Level 3 or equivalent qualification and experience of working with/caring for children within specified age range/subject area is essential.
