We wish to appoint a Temporary Teaching Assistant (Level 2) (Sports, adventurous and Outdoor Learning) to join a team of caring, committed professionals.

 

The salary for this post will be £16,171 per annum.

 

Your hours of work are 37 per week which are negotiable but may involve lunch time and after school working, Monday to Friday, term time plus 5 days.

 

The post is temporary as is largely dependent on current Sports Premium Funding

 

You will need to demonstrate a knowledge and ability in a range of relevant sports and physical education. You must hold appropriate qualifications and be willing to undertake certificated training in other areas including those associated with adventurous activities. The role will include supporting with PE/Games lessons across the school, leading extracurricular activities, Supporting on visits and residential activities and being involved and supporting with a range of indoor and outdoor activities.

 

You must possess relevant coaching and sports qualifications and demonstrate a willingness to undertake further training in appropriate educational qualifications and those associated with outdoor and adventurous activities.
