Tenancy Enforcement Caseworker

Grade 4, SCP 28 - 31 (£25,463 – £28,221)

37 hours (Permanent)

Six Town Housing is a successful Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) set up to manage and maintain Bury Council’s housing stock.

 

The Business is currently going through an exciting period of change in order to meet our ambitious service delivery plans, with new ways of working being introduced via locality hubs.

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player to join us in the Tenancy Enforcement Team. You will play a key role in resolving tenancy breaches interviewing and providing support to both staff, complainants and perpetrators where appropriate, gathering evidence to enable enforcement action to be taken.

 

You will need to have experience of dealing with tenancy breaches and of working in a challenging and busy environment with competing demands on your time. In addition, an understanding of the requirements of court file preparation and some knowledge of current relevant legislation would be ideal.

 

You will need to be a highly motivated team player, enthusiastic and committed to providing a quality service and a high level of customer care.

 

Contractual Car Allowance is payable
