We are looking to recruit an Admissions Coordinator within the Choices for Living Well Service, based at Killelea House, Brandlesholme Road Bury and in the community. You must be a car driver and have access to a car and be flexible across the borough. Knowledge of working in a similar post would be an advantage.

 

Your hours of working will be an average of 37 hours per week over a 2 week rota.

 

The salary for this post will be £24,982 to £27,741 per annum. Matrix payments for evening and weekend work and car user payments where applicable.

 

You will need to demonstrate enthusiasm, commitment, drive and a strong teamwork ethic and be flexible in supporting colleagues and the service during busy times and periods of absence.  You will support and coordinate all admissions to the intermediate care tier to ensure appropriate referrals are accepted in to the services.
