We want to make sure no one is left behind as digital becomes the way to access services, communicate with organisations, and interact with friends and family. We want to transform the lives of our residents by taking away the digital barriers.

We are looking for a Digital Inclusion Project Manager based within our

Economic Regeneration & Capital Growth division, to help drive digital and social inclusion forwards. You will be working with our amazing community organisations as well as a multitude of other partners, both public and private, and we want you to develop and strengthen these relationships even further.

 

You will demonstrate the Bury values and actively promote equality and diversity, being responsive to the growing needs of community organisations.

You will be resilient and resourceful and will be key in leading and supporting local groups to promote and establish joint working.

 

You will be an innovator, applying your experience, skills and knowledge to devise and implement solutions to social problems.

 

You will be passionate about improving the lives of the people of Bury, be highly motivated and an excellent communicator.

This is a fixed term position, Grade 11 £32,234 - £33,782 per annum, 37 hours per week. The nature of the post will require the post holder to work flexibly dependent on the needs of the job. This can mean working outside of standard working hours.
