Collaborative Coordinator
School Support Staff

Bury Primary Learning Collaborative (BPLC) is looking for a highly motivated,exceptional individual to take on the role of Collaborative Coordinator to start as soon as possible.

 

Post Hours: 35 Hours per week, school term time plus 15 days. (Restricted

Flexi-time scheme in operation) Some flexible working required.

Post is temporary until end of July 2018 in first instance.

Salary: £19,544 (£17,830 pro rata)

Location: GMFRS Safety & Training Centre, Hinds Lane, Wellington

Street, Bury, BL8 2AL initially. May also be required to attend other training venues within Bury.

 

The ideal candidate will be extremely well organised, resourceful, adaptable and able to command respect through their presence and professional conduct.

 

The role requires someone who has the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and has good organisational and financial skills. You must possess a willingness to be reflective, be committed to continual improvement through professional dialogue and able to work flexibly.

 

We are looking for an exceptional individual for this pivotal role within the

BPLC team. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent financial, literacy and I.T. skills and have the ability to lead other staff effectively.

 

A relevant professional qualification such as CSBM would be desirable.

The successful candidate will have:

 

• Budget management, monitoring and financial reporting experience

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

• The ability to prioritise workloads and work well under pressure delivering to tight deadlines.
